They are looking for a Bookkeeper to join their team and provide accurate, timely bookkeeping support for multiple clients.About The CompanyEstablished CPA firm with a diverse client baseCollaborative and professional work environmentOpportunity to work with a variety of businesses and industriesClient-focused team that values accuracy and strong relationshipsBookkeeper ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate books and records for multiple clientsRecord and classify daily financial transactions, including income and expensesManage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactionsPerform monthly bank, credit card, and account reconciliationsPrepare and review financial statements, including income statements and balance sheetsPost journal entries and make necessary account adjustmentsAssist with month-end and year-end close activitiesReview general ledger accounts for accuracy and resolve discrepanciesPrepare financial reports and bookkeeping schedules for clients and internal useAssist with sales tax filings and other accounting-related reportingCommunicate with clients to obtain financial information and resolve bookkeeping questionsMaintain organized and accurate client records and supporting documentationQualifications Of The Bookkeeper Role2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably in a CPA firm or public accounting environmentQuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online experience preferredStrong understanding of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial statementsExperience with multiple clients or entities preferredProficiency with Microsoft ExcelBilingual in Spanish and English requiredAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
