Money Matters AZ is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented bookkeeper to join our team!
We are a well-established bookkeeping firm serving small and medium-sized businesses across multiple industries. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in accurate financials, communicates well, and can confidently manage multiple clients.
Responsibilities:
* Manage bookkeeping for multiple clients using QuickBooks Online.
* Categorize transactions and reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
* Review financial statements for accuracy.
* Identify and resolve discrepancies.
* Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
* Assist with bookkeeping cleanup and special projects.
Qualifications:
* Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
* Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
* Experience managing multiple clients preferred.
* Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication.
* Ability to work independently, troubleshoot issues, and meet deadlines.
