What We're Looking For:

We need a detail-oriented individual with at least 5 years of recent experience in QuickBooks Desktop and 3 years in QuickBooks Online. If you have experience with Excel that's a plus as well. If you thrive on managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks you could be the perfect fit.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Maintaining accurate financial records using our established procedures
• Communicating effectively with clients to address their bookkeeping needs
• Collaborating seamlessly with your fellow squad members to deliver exceptional results

Tasks You'll Master:

• QuickBooks Desktop and Online setup and customization
• Accounts payable and receivable specialist
• Payroll administration
• Bank account reconciliation specialist

Job Details:

• Position type: Part-time with opportunity to grow into Full Time with Benefits below
• Benefits: Dental insurance, Health insurance, Unlimited Paid time off, Vision insurance
• Salary: Competitive ($ 18.00 - $23.00 per hour)
• Work Schedule: Flexible: Hours of Operation are Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5PM
• Experience Required: 5 years in bookkeeping, 5 years with QuickBooks Desktop, 3 year with QuickBooks Online
