Our client, a fast growing private equity owned portfolio company that is experiencing hyper growth is looking to hire a Bookkeeper. The position is in South Denver, CO and will be a Hybrid work model.

• Huge growth opportunity, as this company is in startup up / hyper growth mode
• Reports to the CFO
• Must Have QuickBooks or QuickBooks Online Experience
• Lead day-to-day financial accounting across our growing portfolio of luxury pet resorts
• GAAP
• Payroll experience, AP, Cash Management, Bank recs, journal entries
• Multi-unit, multiple locations, hospitality, retail, or pet care services preferred
• QuickBooks Online, Rippling, Google Workspace, Goose POS
• Multi-State Operations
• Accounting Background: 3+ years of progressive full-charge bookkeeping or senior accounting experience, ideally within multi-unit hospitality or retail.
• Accrual Accounting Knowledge: Solid command of GAAP principles, accrual accounting methods, and multi-location cost allocation.
• Multi-State Exposure: Prior experience supporting operations across multiple states
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills with an uncompromising standard for ledger accuracy and balance sheet reconciliation integrity.
