Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 annually; DOE.Location: We are only seeking candidates that can work on-site at our Service Center located in San Juan Capistrano, CA. We want an individual in this role who will demonstrate these values through actions and words.About the Opportunity The Accounting Process Innovation (“PI”) team exists to connect the dots between humans and the technology that enables them to succeed. As a subset of the Accounting Systems group, the PI team partners with fellow Service Center teams to solve problems in a variety of ways, including system implementation support, end-user training, robotic process automation, and more.As part of this team, the Business Process Analyst specializes in understanding complex end-to-end processes that span multiple systems. This role serves as a bridge between the accounting department and various technical teams to ensure business requirements are clearly defined and proposed solutions meet end-users’ needs.The ideal candidate is naturally curious, possesses strong accounting skills, and is willing to dive into the details to understand the unique needs of our organization.Specific Duties include, but are not limited to: Lead exploratory walkthroughs, document end-to-end transaction flows, and analyze business requirements in processes spanning multiple systems and/or requiring custom workflow solutionsFinance system implementation support: Assist with configuration design to ensure end-to-end data flow needs are met in new or changed systemsDocument current & future state process flows to align teams on requirements and anticipated changes to roles/responsibilitiesIdentify data conversion needs & partner with relevant teams to design, execute, and validate conversion processesSupport change management activities including training, communication, adoption, and troubleshooting during hypercareCollaborate with accounting automation developers on design, testing, & change management for higher-complexity Power Platform projectsBuild trust and foster relationships with business & technical teams to promote cross-functional partnershipsIntegration testing/ongoing data reconciliations between various systemsPosition Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related fieldMinimum 5+ years in an accounting, auditing, or business analysis roleStrong understanding of accounting information systems (Workday Financials preferred)Proficiency with process mapping and data tools (e.g. Visio/Lucid, Excel/Power Query)Strong analytical, communication, and process documentation skillsAbility to turn ambiguous business needs into clear problem statements and requirementsComfortable facilitating discussions, asking challenging questions, and driving alignment across functionsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with ERP implementations (Workday Financials or other enterprise systems such as Oracle, SAP, etc.)Experience working with large datasets and related analysis tools (e.g. Alteryx, KNIME, Power Query)Experience managing cross-functional projectsAdditional Information:Any offer of employment may be contingent upon the successful completion of job-related post-offer requirements, which may include background checks, reference checks, and/or other screenings or examinations as permitted by applicable law.What We Offer We are committed to providing a competitive benefits and compensation package which includes medical/dental/vision coverage, company-provided life insurance, 401(k) with company match, and sick/vacation plans.
