In this full-time role, you’ll provide developmentally appropriate play, education, and emotional support to reduce fear and anxiety, prepare children for procedures, and promote coping throughout hospitalization. You will collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, and allied health professionals in a mission-driven, patient-centered environment that values compassion, integrity, innovation, and diversity. Responsibilities include psychosocial assessment, therapeutic play, family support during crises, and documentation in the EMR.
