Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $21.09 - $21.09 / hour*
What you'll be doing as a Fabricator:
Fabricate and assemble components using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and production instructions
Measure, cut, drill, fasten, and finish materials to required specifications
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
Assist in other areas of production as needed
Meet daily production goals and deadlines
Available shifts:
Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)
Job requirements:
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous fabrication, assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to read a tape measure accurately
Basic math skills
Mechanical aptitude and comfort using tools
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Must pass tape measure exam
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Background check and drug test required
