Financial Advisor – Succession Track & Hybrid Flexibility | Olympia, WA

Ready to move beyond back-office planning or product-driven quotas and step into a lead advisory seat?

We’re partnering with an established independent Registered Investment Adviser (RIA) in Olympia, WA to hire a Financial Advisor to step into a significant long-term role.

This is not a build-a-book-from-scratch role. You’ll work directly alongside an experienced Executive Director through a structured 6–12 month transition, build trusted relationships with an established client base, and progressively take ownership of client households.

What We're Looking For

We’re open to both established advisors and high-potential junior advisors who have a solid foundation and are ready to take the next step. You don't need to be a heavy rainmaker—we’re looking for someone proactive, coachable, relationship-driven, and motivated to learn.

• Active Series 65 or Series 66 (Required).
• 2+ years of hands-on client-facing wealth management, financial planning, or investment advisory experience.
• Strong financial planning capabilities and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to commute to Olympia, WA for the hybrid schedule (3 days on-site / 2 days remote).
