Your Responsibilities:

• Perform daily housekeeping duties including cleaning resident rooms, hallways, and common areas
• Collect, wash, fold, and return linens and residents' personal laundry
• Follow infection control and sanitation procedures
• Refill supplies including soap, paper towels, and cleaning materials as needed
• Work cooperatively with nursing staff and other departments
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines
• Properly handle cleaning equipment and supplies
• Complete additional duties as assigned by housekeeping or laundry leadership

Who We're Looking For:

• Previous housekeeping, laundry, or janitorial experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Compassionate, resident-focused attitude
• Willingness to follow facility policies and safety procedures
