As a Production Assistant , you will play an important role in supporting production activities from preparation through completion. You will work closely with team members to keep projects organized, assist with daily production needs, coordinate materials and resources, and help ensure operations run efficiently.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment where priorities can change quickly.
Responsibilities
Assist with daily production operations and project preparation.
Coordinate materials, equipment, schedules, and other production needs.
Support team members throughout different stages of the production process.
Maintain organized production areas, files, materials, and resources.
Help track project progress, deadlines, and outstanding tasks.
Communicate effectively with internal team members regarding production updates.
Assist with setup, breakdown, preparation, and general operational needs.
Identify potential issues and communicate them to the appropriate team member.
Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
Support additional production and administrative duties as needed.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Excellent attention to detail.
Reliable, professional, and able to take initiative.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
